I am a double board-certified in lifestyle medicine coach with a background as an animal trainer, health and wellness coach, and group fitness instructor. My WHY is because I know how challenging it can be to change your habits for good, and I am dedicated to showing you how to create positive behavior changes that support your health and happiness!

Through my book and coaching, I help people transform their mindset and behaviors around healthy living so they can create sustainable changes that support total well-being!
